Service Level Manager
A Service Level Manager is required for a long term project with a Brussels based client. The initial contract will be for 6 to 12 months with renewal options based on performance.
THE SERVICE LEVEL MANAGER'S MISSION IS 2-FOLD:
- Be the interface to external clients of the banks IT Infrastructure department with main focus on contractual and financial aspects.
- Maintain the relationship with the infrastructure services clients
- Act as main point of contact for our Customer regarding service issues, questions and concerns
- Handle contract updates
- Do the financial follow up of the service charging towards the clients
- Contribute to the review of the service catalog and related pricing model
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Attention to details
- Assertive and good facilitation skills, easy contact with technical people
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in IT infrastructure (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) work environment
- Experience in contract writing
- Experience in service catalog management and service design
- Experience in financial follow up and invoicing towards the client
- Proactive and entrepreneurial
- An excellent command of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset
