Service Level Financial Manager (m/f)

Our client is an international financial services provider based in Frankfurt/Main.

To further expand the team, they are currently looking for a Service Level Financial Manager (m/f) Location: Frankfurt

Type of contract: Permanent

Your key tasks:

*You will engage with the relevant service areas across the company to ensure that the ongoing quality of services delivered can be measured (data collection and analysis)

*You will assess business areas satisfaction by means of agreed Operating Level Agreement ( OLA ) and Service Level Agreement (SLA)

*You will engage and collaborate with senior management on opportunities and challenges ahead

*You will collaborate and advise cross-functional teams in GTS on matters related to the service level and service catalogue reporting governance

*You will create, maintain and improve the service catalogue, including pipeline and decommissioned services and provide it to relevant stakeholders Your profile:

*Youve got a masters degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, IT law, computer science or another relevant field

*Youve got at least five years of professional experience in the field of service level and/or service catalogue management for financial services

*Youve got a track record in business analysis (Performance metrics) and relationship management

*Youve got adequate analytical and computer skills for an effective management of KPIs; ability to turn data into analytics

*Youve got sound knowledge of financial services, such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and controlling

*Youve got an advanced command of English, additional EU languages are an asset
