Service Level Audit Consultant

This is a Short contract - Rates are Negotiable.

My client is a leading Financial Services Company who frequently uses expert consultants - for a skilled contractor there is a good opportunity for repeat business here.

The Role:

The Client is auditing a number of their key supplier - customer relationships and their Service Delivery according to the ITIL Framework.

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to support and provide guidance to the lead auditor and provide assurance as well as validating the findings of the audit and testing the procedures.

The Consultant:

The ideal consultant for this role will have some IT/operational audit background or audit/risk management experience and will also be an expert in Service Level Management.

Required:

- Thorough understanding and experience of Service Level Agreements, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts
- Experience and track record of Service Level Management and Service Delivery Management
- Track record of working in complex service contract environments
- Audit/Risk Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill (written and verbal)

Preferred:

- "Big 4" Audit background (or Strong Internal IT/Operational Audit experience)
- Direct Experience of Auditing Service Level Management
- Experience in a "Head of" or "Service Owner" role with direct accountability for Service Levels in an ITIL environment
