SERVICE INTRODUCTION LEAD - BANKING - CHESHIRE

Leading banking client are looking for a Service Introduction Lead to manage and coordinate end to end Service Introduction activities across all services impacted by the banks Wealth Programme.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Overall co-ordination of Service Introduction across all impacted services as part of the bank's Wealth Programme.
- Responsible for the end to end implementation of the service ensuring that new or changed services/service components are appropriately designed, built, tested, deployed and documented to a high quality standard that achieves the contracted Service Level Agreements or internal business requirements.
- Work in full partnership with the Delivery Assurance Lead, existing Service Introduction Managers and all component Project Managers for the Programme.
- No direct reports; it will however be essential to develop working relationships with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure that inputs are agreed, tracked and received into the work-stream in order to progress this work.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Wealth and Investment Management experience.
- Demonstrable practical experience of delivering and managing IT Service Transition within Financial Services.
- Broad knowledge of technologies as used within financial services; enterprise integration, infrastructure, differing environments, ITIL Service Management standards.
- Self-directed thinking to provide leadership on all aspects of Service Transition and Introduction.
- Contribution to programme RAID Management; ensure work-stream risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are logged to required quality. Provide input to the mitigation strategies for Risks and the status of Issue resolution. Ensure assumptions and Dependencies are logged and validated to the correct timeline within the project plans.
- Comprehensive, hands on technical expertise.

LOCATION: CHESHIRE

RATE: £400 - £450 PER DAY

TIMEFRAME: ASAP

DURATION: 6 MONTHS
