Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Service Introduction Analyst for a contract role based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

THE JOB:

Working as a Service Introduction Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Delivering the Service Management and operational requirements for IT projects into the production environment and as part of any migration activity.
- Consulting and advising on production readiness.
- Ensuring new or enhanced systems meet standards and follow agreed processes
- Development and administration of all Service documentation.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience of working in an IT Service Delivery environment.
- Business Analysis skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage a challenging workload
- Third party and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working in a similar role.

Experience of working in a financial services environment is highly desirable for this role.
