Service Improvement Manager,Service Manager, Current SC Level Security Clearance

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a high profile Government Department for an experienced Service Improvement manager to undertake the following tasks:

-To use relevant quality management or business improvement techniques for service improvement
-Ensuring processes are scalable and flexible to meet future business requirements
-Investigate, document and analyse current business processes; identify the organisational units which undertake, and support the business processes.
-Identify alternatives, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches
-Design processes that can be implemented with minimal disruption to supporting systems and that are cost effective
-Creating detailed reports and action plans to support service improvements
-Managing support requests to ensure timely and thorough resolution of issues
-Provide guidance on the interpretation of relevant national and international standards (eg ISO 9001), with respect to the quality system
-assist with aligning/migrating of data on Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server (MOSS), Windows New Technology File System (NTFS) in accordance with file plan/metadata the migration of records to Meridio
-Assist with implementing a common approach across the programme
-Identifying who is best placed to own the data and when, where it should be held and in what format and how often it needs to be refreshed.
