The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word capability and be passionate for detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation of the client Service Governance Framework to ensure rigorous management and control of the outsourced contract including the following:

- Contract Change Management process
- Additional Service Request process
- Governance Meeting Management
- Vendor Risk Management process
- Resource Management process
- Performance Management process

Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Head of Service Governance on progress of the project work stream.
