My client, a leading Energy company, is looking for a Service Analyst to join them on a contract basis in Devon.
Essential Requirements:
- An analytical thinker with Advanced computer skills - Email, Excel spreadsheets/formatting, word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Business Objects reporting.
- Knowledge and previous experience of working with Service Management toolsets such as Remedy/Infra.
Desirable:
- ITIL background, previous experience of Service Fulfilment and in particular Service Level (OLA-SLA) Access, Request and Product Catalogue Management.
- Knowledge of Service Assurance and working in a multi sourced organisation People
