Your tasks and responsibilities:
- To Operate VWS specific services on a day-to-day basis
- Deliver operational services against compliance and service mgt processes
- Driving continuous service improvement and efficiency gains through improved solutions, tools and utilities
- Delivery of agreed release management and deployment activities
- Deliver VWS related projects
Your qualifications:
- You must have a strong technical background in (technical) infrastructure service delivery on a global scale across Windows/Linux, high-performance computing and thin-client technologies -Bachelor's level education - In-depth Windows and/or Linux OS knowledge
- Microsoft App-V and Leostream broker knowledge preferred
