SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST (TIER I, CALL CENTER/HELPDESK, ITIL) is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PORTLAND, OR

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Provide Tier-I Call Support/Helpdesk to end-users in an enterprise-wide environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Working 6:30am to 5:30pm - Day shift providing end-user support by phone and or email

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of two to three (2-3) years Service Desk, Helpdesk, Call Center environment
- Minimum of five (5+) years with PC/Laptops, LAN/WAN/WiFi, popular mobile devices, printers and commonly used Windows applications
- Able to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.
