WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answer incoming calls and create incidents and requests
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Contribute to the Knowledge Database.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- One (1) year+ experience in a technical support position or desk side support position
- Experience documenting incidents in a ticket system
- Software/Hardware support experience
