Service Desk Technician who has fluent Italian and English required for a contract based in Athlone/County West Meath

Service Desk Technician will provide1st & 2nd Level support to Irish Sites in Athlone and other Sites in Europe where we do not have IT Support directly.
Provide 1st level Support for Desktop/Lap-top Support (Hardware/Software). Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook. Implementing and dministering standards on PCs, Software and VOIP systems to the Site.
Provide incident management to ITIL standards and familiarity with Remedy Applicatin from BMC Group would be an advantage.
Ensure Incident Management is recorded, monitored and managed through our IM App Remedy.

Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, VMware infrastructure 3 and Microsoft Exchange.
Knowledge ERP Support (Hardware/Software) especially SAP Client, QAD etc.
Knowledge of deployment of desktops/laptops
Image build and distribution using image building software for hardware standards. Manage logging system for Laptop & Desktop inbound and outbound process.
General User Support in office applications, MS Office 2003 - 2010, Windows 7, MS Exchange etc.
