A well known Employer of Choice is seeking a Service Desk Agent/Technical Support person to join their busy team. This role is an exciting opportunity to deliver phone based, front line IT support to your organisation's business units across Australia and New Zealand. Due to the responsibilities in this role exceptional customer service skills are a must and a background working in an ITIL Service Desk environment is essential.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:

- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal with a polite phone manner.
- Experience in an ITIL environment with strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly problem and incident management.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications.
- Experience supporting customers in a diverse and complex technical environment.
- A proven background supporting an SOE environment with all Microsoft Office products.
- Windows messaging systems, Active Directory and Exchange experience.
- Experience with Incident Management Systems and remote control deployment tools.
- Previous background supporting IP Telephony and voice messaging systems.
- Experience supporting multiple ERP systems and applications, eg, SAP, MFG Pro, Siebel.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
