Excellent opportunity for a professional to join a major insurance firm in the heart of the city to oversee the service desk.

You will need to have an excellent understanding of Windows 7 and Office 2010 in order to hit the ground running within this environment.

Experience of managing a service desk team previously is an absolute must have, so the role will not be right for a senior to step up you will definitely need this experience of managing teams and is absolutely paramount to deliver in this role.

The role will also require a technical focus and when needed the successful candidate will have to get stuck in with technical issues in the space.

Knowledge of Windows 7 and office 2010 is also key to ensure you deliver at the highest grade.

An understanding of ITIL is also key and you will have to continue to promote processes throughout the team.
