As such we are now looking to recruit an additional Service Desk Team Lead to manage a newly created team supporting the NHS Choices website users. - Solid background/experience within the service desk environment
- Working knowledge of ITIL
- Experience setting KPI's/target
- Sound knowledge of Incident Management Tools
- Good MS Excel, Word, Email (Outlook preferably)

It would be beneficial if you also had experience or knowledge of:

- ITIL V3 Foundation qualification
- SQL skills
- An understanding of DH and NHS Structure and management groups
