- Provide onsite desktop support for the NMCI/CoSC users at Quantico, Marine Corp Base
- Working with an online ticket management system
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Prior work experience in a desk side support role
- Security+ certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working directly with customers to resolve desktop computing, peripheral, connectivity issues and/or installing additional computing services
