- Responsible for MS Windows 2003/2008 servers and services administration, support and troubleshooting
- Responsible for desktop incidents 1st and 2d level and operations
- Responsible for fixing and monitoring of the server operations on a shift basis
- Essential knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 server and ActiveDirectory administration
- Good knowledge of VMWARE and Exchange
- IT degree, MS Certificates and fluency in English
