A London based investment bank is looking for a customer service orientated first line support technician to join their ranks. This opportunity holds ample steps for career progression within a renowned investment bank. The company are looking for someone they can develop in line with their internal growth strategy. This role will primarily focus upon the first line service desk where you will be in charge of answering, logging and monitoring any support issues.
