Service Desk Support - Helpdesk/Telecom/IT/Zabbix/Windows/Customer/Manager/Phone/Support

For a global telecommunications client of ours based in Zurich we require a Service Desk Operator to respond to all helpdesk calls.

You will assist in providing 1st level phone support on IT related issues and escalate more technical issues requiring location visits to appropriate 2nd level support teams.

Previous experience of IT problem troubleshooting, response, escalation and reporting is essential.

Knowledge of Zabbix and Nagios is key.
