Je functie: - Working as part of a dynamic team you will be providing 1st or 2nd line user support.
- On Site, you will analyze incidents, problems & service requests. You propose solutions and help implementing them. You will be responsible for their escalation and follow up.
- This is a challenging position for candidates with the capabilities to move fast & enhance their technical & personal skills to progress to on-site support level.

Je profiel: Your Profile

You should:
- Understand the basic parts of a PC and related peripherals in Microsoft World
- Have a good knowledge of common IT tools used by end-users ?
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a Service desk / Support environment and a bachelor degree in IT
- Have a good knowledge of Swedish AND English (oral and written)
- Have excellent communication skills, oral and written?
- Enjoy human contact & enjoy working within a team
- Be able to follow up on incidents & to set priorities?
- Be flexible & willing to adjust to different client environments
- Be service minded and result oriented
- Be ITIL oriented
- Be stress resistant?
- Be Dynamic and be able to work on his own !
