Service Desk Specialist - Solaris - CBD Location

Projektbeschreibung

Our client is a leading telco giant based in the Sydney CBD and currently looking for Service Desk Analysts to join their growing team! This role will focus on providing 24/7 support on a rotating roster to support their internal staff on a level 2 capacity.

To be considered for this role, you will required the following background/experience:

- proven experience in a service desk role providing level 1/2 support within a large corporate environment
- understanding and previous support experience of Windows (2008 Server)/Solaris (Solaris 10) or Linux (Linux (RHEL 5) in a service desk environment
- ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to non-technical people
- preferably, not essentially, have IT related certifications: MCSA, MCSE, MCTS or MCITP
- ability to work in Australia without a working Visa (AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN/PERMANENT RESIDENT)
