SERVICE DESK ANALYSTS needed for CONTRACT opportunities with Yoh's client located in INDIANAPOLIS, IN.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Call Center technical support or desktop support
- Hardware/Software support
- iOS, iPhone and/or iPad support

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Customer service
- Remote Assistance
- Network Support
- Troubleshooting
- iPhone/iPad support

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- One - two (1-2) years of technical support experience (Desktop or phone support, computer imaging, Window 7, hardware and software support, iOS device support, call center and/or telephony support).
- Excellent/proven customer support skills
- Network support
- Shared drive support
- Experience in a large environment - 1,000+ end users

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associate's degree
- ITIL
