SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Microsoft Office suite and applications (specifically Word, Excel, Visio and Project);
- Familiarity with a Service Management tool, such as Service manager 7;
- Customer liaison (both personally and via email/telephone etc.);
- The ability - and desire - to learn more complex ICT support-related tasks; and
- A willingness to challenge past practice, and to help drive innovative new processes and procedures in our support of ICT environment.
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION, candidates must have an active security clearance, or be eligible to obtain one; therefore candidates will need to be Australian Citizens.
