Role - IT Service Desk operator
Start- ASAP
Duration - 9 months
Location - Brussels
Tasks:
IT Support helpdesk function, telephone support for all applications of
Creation of HP Service Manager interactions and incidents for further follow-up
Handling issues reported through our Intranet
Creating support documents for our users and for internal use
Work regime:
Daily between 7 AM till 6 PM
No standby duty and no weekend work for the moment
Profile:
Native/Fluent Dutch or French
Well skilled in other national language
Good level English
Good phone skills
Team player
IT knowledge:
Office 365 (Outlook - Onenote - Sharepoint)
WINDOWS 10
Possible prior knowledge of SCCM - HP Service Manager is a big advantage.
Great interest and minimum basic knowledge in mobile devices (iOS - Android)
troubleshooting skills
Experience with working in a Service Desk environment is a big advantage.
