Projektbeschreibung
I am currently looking for a back-up service desk operator with a minimum of three years first line experience. The clients require experience with Active Directory and app service desk. Technical support for applications too.
SKILLS:-
- First line support by phone - E-mail
- Good logging skills
- Communicative skills
- Team Player
- Having good basic IT knowledge and some experience
- Willing to do first line support
- Driving licence
6-12 month contract based in Lauven (outside Brussels) and the client require someone who speaks Dutch and good French
Rate:depends on experience
