We are looking for someone to provide telephone support as well as logging calls into a call recording system, the successful candidate will be able to identify & resolve all IT related issues.
- Able to accept & log incoming calls seeking advice & assistance with any issues, including Microsoft Office software & operating systems, emails, Internet & support software.
- Provide assistance via the phone or face to face to resolve complex issues
- Work closely with Service Desk Team Leader to ensure all technical problems are dealt with & prioritised in a timely order
- Good understanding of ITIL/ITIL framework
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Relevant technical discipline or demonstrated experience required
