Projektbeschreibung
DUTIES:
- Accept and log incoming calls requesting advice and assistance in the use of diverse IT and other facilities. These include (but are not limited to) Microsoft Office software and Operating Systems, email software, Internet Explorer and support of hardware.
- Resolve complex technical issues
- Liaise with Team Leader to ensure technical requirements & problems are dealt with properly & in a timely manner
IDEALLY YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Service Desk Position
- EXPERIENCE/UNDERSTANDING OF ITIL
- Good understanding of the elements which comprise an IT infrastructure (PC and Macintosh platforms, networks, applications, Servers, workstations and how they interrelate).
- Clear and concise written and oral communication are a must
