Our Client a large Government department is looking for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator on a part time contractual basis. This role is responsible for first level Service Desk services supporting business units across South Australia. Successful applicant must have a DCSI Child Related Clearance.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Providing first level Service Desk support for standard desktop applications, and other approached and installed software on DCSI assets including but not limited to; personal computers, laptops, tablets, ipads and iphones.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers by displaying a 'can do' positive attitude
- Preparing and distributing information in relation to access to users across the network or by other means.
ESSENTIAL:
- Windows XP and 7
- MS Office suite
- Active Directory
- LAN & WAN technologies
- Remote tools
