Our Client - a large Federal Government department is looking for a Level 1 Service Desk Officer to work in their professional team on a contractual basis.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role in a large corporate or enterprise environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Level 1 experience with Citrix, Active Directory, Outlook
- Experience with HP service management tools
