- IMMEDIATE START. TO COMMENCE DEC 10TH

Our client is seeking for an EXPERIENCED SERVICE DESK OFFICER with at least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.

You will be the first line support via an ESTABLISHED HELPDESK. On a day to day basis you will be involved in GENERAL HELPDESK SUPPORT - responding to requests received BY EMAIL/TELEPHONE and resolving issues
- Good Technical knowledge;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Excellent communications skills and phone manner;
- Self motivated and Professional attitude.
