SERVICE DESK MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client to be located in GLOUCESTER.

£380-£430 P/DAY

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You will serve as an escalation point of contact and co-owner of Major Incidents, with the primary focus on restoring service.

You will coordinate all activities required to respond to significant incidents in compliance with SLAs and OLAs.

As a co-owner you will be responsible for prioritising, cataloguing and driving closure of all Major incidents, defining Incident Models and providing direct support resources where most required.

You will be required to provide effective communication to incident team, senior management, process owners and internal customers during major incidents.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- SC Cleared currently
- ITIL certified (ideally v3)
- ITSM tools- eg ServiceNow, Remedy, Tivoli
- Incident management experience
