Service desk manager - Kampala

My client is looking for a Service Desk Manager for a three month rolling contract in Kampala, Uganda. Candidate should have worked with any of the Service desk Management tool preferably Remedy application.

Managing and tracking of all IT Hardware & Software Assets, reviewing and keeping it up to date. Maintaining current knowledge of software or hardware changes and planning changes appropriate in response to business needs.
Experience in Managing, Tracking, Tagging, Optimization, Redeployment of all software Assets & hardware assets
To be responsible for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
To be responsible for all Change Management activities, to include new business planning, Change Advisory Board (CAB), the production of management information, Request For Changes (RFCs) and a change schedule
To reduce the impact of change on the business
Develop, implement and maintain a Configuration Management process ensuring that all hardware and software assets are appropriately recorded and managed.
To define the scope of the Change
