Are you an experienced Service Desk Manager seeking a fresh challenge in 2014?

Our client a leading Australian owned managed services business is seeking dynamic Service Desk Manager to lead and motivate an established After Hours ours Hours vcxvcxService Desk team supporting a large scale networking environment.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS FOLLOWS:

- Minimum of 3 years experience leading and managing Service Desk teams
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding customer SLA agreements
- Proven experience in training and coaching staff
- Independent in conducting interviews and recruiting new staff
- Proven experience in inducting new employees into the business
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Manager seeking a fresh career opportunity supporting a technical networking service desk environment.

This role is based in Sydney's Northern Beaches and will require some after hours, night and weekend work. You will require your own transport to travel to work but free on-site parking is available.

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary package on offer for the successful candidate.
