A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for my client Located in Central London; they are currently looking for a Service Desk Implementation Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

You must have delivered a service desk project from inception through all stages including requirements, design, configuration test, implementation and project close to be considered for this exciting role.

This would include:

- Research and identify possible service desk tool
- Identify and secure project team resources & defining roles/responsibilities - then managing on a daily basis
- Lead the supplier tender process for acquisition of new systems
- Build & maintain strong relationships with external suppliers & key stakeholders
- Identify & plan for future people resources & budget post-implementation
- Undertake project closure
