A leading online global media company are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their highly skilled team for a 3 month contract to provide global support and ensure compute operation. This position includes actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain SLA's expectations.
The successful candidate will have the following skills;
- MUST HAVE RECENTLY WORKED IN A GLOBAL SERVICE DESK POSITION
- Working knowledge of ITIL Based Service Desk
- Support experience with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Citrix
