SERVICE DESK/HELPDESK SUPPORT (LEVEL1 &2)

LOCATION : CARY, NC

DURATION : LONG TERM

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Must be able to demonstrate Setting up Online user accounts with  Windows
- Must have ACTIVE DIRECTORY EXPERIENCE and should have demonstrated it in the previous recent project and must be able to talk about it.
- Hands on VPN (VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK)
- He/She will be responsible to provide 100 % voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution.
- Client runs 24/7/365.  Candidates have to be open to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
