JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Support Responsible for customer center.
Main tasks will be:
Register, resolve and deal with inquiries from using pr. phone, email or web
To assist in a professional and service oriented manner
Route any unresolved requests to the correct terminal on the 2nd line
Escalate queries as needed to "Service Manager"
Contribute to the preparation of "self-help" on Matiq Intranet
Contribute to the improvement and updating of working practices and interoperability support tools, processes and procedures
Monitor, troubleshoot and implement fixes on services and Servers
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
College or equivalent education in IT is desirable. Relevant experience can compensate for this.
2 to 4 years experience in support/helpdesk is desirable. Similarly, experience as a customer consultant el. will be taken into consideration.
Solid knowledge of network terminology and infrastructure
Good skills in MS Office products
Desirable skills in ITIL frameworks and processes
Desirable expertise in Axapta and industrial IT
Desirable certifications in relevant areas
Knowledge of English good enough to be able to acquire written documentation and course material. Used in some software and documentation.
