Are you currently seeking an exciting new Service Desk role where you can interact with a variety of customers and work in a busy, fun environment?

Due to continued growth our client, a leading ICT outsourcing company, is searching for a Service Desk Analyst (Level 1 support) to join their team based at their Northern Beaches head office.

Working with dedicated key customers, you will be working within a professional, fun and outgoing team who pride themselves in providing a high level of technical solution and customer service.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU WILL HAVE:

- Minimum 12 months experience in a busy technical Service Desk telephone based role
- Strong Customer Focus: Ability to empathise with customers, build rapport and be determined to resolve problems and take end to end ownership of issues.
- Communication: effective listening and communication skills. Incumbent must be prepared to communicate first & frequently, maintaining an excellent phone manner and an ability to calmly work through problems with customers at all times.
- IT Skills: proven experience assisting with personal computers, printers, scanners, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience in working to KPI and SLA agreements
- A can do' attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
