I am urgently looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer for a client based in Highgate. This is a short term (6 week) contract to cover sick leave. You will be: Updating Service Desk calls on behalf of Technicians Taking all Service Desk calls on behalf of Technicians Purchasing of all IT equipment and software and ensuring protocols to update running budget and settling payment with suppliers are followed Updating all maintenance contracts and ensuring notification is given before expiry Creating an electronic version of updated software licenses Updating and organising software licenses for the entire Foundation Updating end-user guides, network diagrams and other relevant documentation This is an urgent role - INTERVIEWS THIS WEEK - so if you are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE with the above experience, please send me your CV ASAP to apply.
