MY DUTIES:

-IT service desk (call acceptance and dispatching via OTRS, support and problem solving by telephone and remote maintenance)
-Field Service: Correcting errors and faults in IT workstation systems, 1st and 2nd level
-Change management (IT relocations)
-Advice and support of customers on site
-Collaboration / support for small projects

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience with Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office 365
-Experience with Skype4Business, Exchange, Intune, Cloud services
-Experience with Apple OS
-Experience with LAN WAN, WLAN services and Printer Services
-SharePoint know-how
