Service Desk Engineer - ICT, Windows 7, Active Directory, TCP/IP, MS Office, Exchange.

Service Desk Engineer required to be part of the Client Services Unit providing 1st line (service desk) and 2nd line (starters and leavers) support of ICT to my clients customer base. You will also be responsible for the management (installation, maintenance and support) of the PC infrastructure and the provision of application support and business liaison to all staff.

Successful candidates will have a solid backgroun in a support envionrment and have a sound ICT technical knowledge. You will have good organisational, communication and networking skills. Candidates must have the ability to travel effectively around the Staffordshire County.
