Working for an international organisation you will act as the first point of contact for customers contacted to report issues and faults relating to their service. The primary objective of the role is to provide first time resolution.
You must have knowledge and experience working in an IT environment and be able to provide technical support and assistance to customers experiencing a wide range of computer problems. It is essential that you have Security Clearance together with experience using BMC Remedy, documenting tickets, providing follow-up, and investigating resolution if required.
