Service Desk Country Lead

Service Desk Country Lead with profound Project Management knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Relevant project execution experience combined with management in offshore modelling
- Know-how of HM services and projects
- Background in Service Transition on Service Desk & On-Site
- Ability to work in remote geographies and establish yourself in an effective manner
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with the supplier and confirming plans and scope for wave, country, location and service of delivery
- Supervising progress and reporting back to the main program using standard processes from program PMO
- Being responsible as first line of escalation for the supplier and resolving issues and conflicts where possible
- Monitoring supplier milestones and delivery dates as well as validating overall progress to supplier reporting
- Coordinating project and service team and sub-team activities, furthermore travelling to customer locations
- Following and promoting appropriate Governance for transition operations and processes
