Leading edge communications solutions company seeks Help-desk Coordinator to join their dedicated team.
This is a 3rd line support role, supporting software/network/hardware faults.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, organised and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor email and phone for support requests
- Validate fault reports
- Utilise fault ticketing systems
- Escalation
- Documentation and training
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Service desk
- ITIL
- Excellent Norwegian and English skills
Candidates must be eligible for Norwegian security clearance.
