SERVICE DESK ANALYST X 4 - ITIL, SERVICE DESK, VISIO, PROCESS MAPPING, PROCESS ANALYSIS

Our client is looking for 4 x Service Desk Analysts to join them onsite in Edinburgh on one of the largest and most innovative programmes currently underway in Scotland. You're role will be to support and document the development of the Test and Cutover process of the implementation of a brand new Service Desk and the overall acceptance into service process. You'll also be involved in defining the process to cover testing of the; Service Scenarios, DR, Operational input to OAT.

YOU MUST HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE OF;

- 2-5 years experience in IT service with knowledge of ITIL, ideally working knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Strong experience of process analysis and mapping in Visio
- Strong stakeholder skills, running process workshops and articulating process changes to senior managers.
- Experience working in project that is delivering organisational change
- Sets own deadlines for delivery and keeps team leader updated of progress Self-motivated and committed individual
- Ability to establish effective working relations with immediate staff and other staff Good communication skills at all levels
- Experience of migrating people, tools and processes in to end state operating model Infrastructure service management processes definition and implementation, may be from a support background
- Ability to work to own initiative
- Ability to write and maintain clear and concise documentation Fluent English written and spoken
