For one of our clients, a leader in the Pharmaceutical industry, Swisslinx is looking for a multi-talented and passionate level 3 Supporter to play a critical role in their infrastructure.

SERVICE DESK ANALYST - SUPPORT ANALYST - LEVEL III - MS OFFICE, PHARMA, CONTRACT, BASEL

Your tasks will be to provide Provide first, second and third level support for one or more business processes and/or technology systems in a large-scale business enterprise environment. You will demonstrate commitment and ingenuity in expert application of available facilities to non-standard situations, diagnosing underlying causes of difficulties, and devising solutions to ensure that the effect on operations is minimized. You will also regularly monitor the incident, status and speed of resolution of inquiries and problems; you are pro-active in devising improvements and recommending changes to systems, products or services. 

- Expert in MS Office as Support Analyst (ideally 8+ years experience)
