Involving inbound call management, level 1 troubleshooting for basic hardware, software and network issues this role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in phone support.
To be considered for this role you will have experience providing support in a busy call centre environment.
TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven experience with SAP Payroll
- Excellent customer service skills
- Recent Service Desk experience mainly 1st level but some 2nd level
- High level written and oral communication skills
- Experience in working to SLA's
- Accurate typing abilities
- Active Directory, Fault logging system experience, Outlook and Windows support
