A leading organisation based in the heart of the City is actively seeking a German speaking Technical Service Desk Analyst who has the ability to support German users remotely. The successful 2nd line Service Desk Analyst will be joining a team of 6 Service Desk Analysts who are responsible for supporting 2000+ EMEA & 1000+ UK users. Due to current work levels in Germany the client requires German speaking support analysts (helpdesk/desktop this will be all remote based work). Candidates applying will have experience of working in a very busy environment taking in the region of 50+ calls a day and achieving over 85% first fix rate you will have excellent ability to troubleshoot & resolve technical problems with a methodical approach. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

SUCCESSFUL GERMAN SPEAKING CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- Providing 1st & 2nd line support - Windows XP & Window 7Beginners, Intermediate and VIP users Active Directory; creating distribution list, creating groups, granting group access, creating/deleting users
