Our client is currently seeking an experienced CHANGE CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR to assist with ensuring continuous availability of IT services by effectively managing and governing requests for low to medium complexity changes. This role is offered as an initial 6 month contract with possible extension to 18 months.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN:

- Change Control Administration - acts as an interface between the requester in business and the technical delivery team
- Manage and co-ordinate change requests
- Apply change control process
- Produce reports

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 3 - 5 years in IT Industry experience with 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
- ITIL Foundation V3 qualifications
