Je functie: Task: Solving incidents and changes to the Level 1.5 team.
He/ She will support the team coordinator and management of the Service Desk.
We are looking for someone that has a passion for IT and can work customer oriented.
The Level 1.5 receives from the communication layer of the Service Desk more complex tickets from employees in Europe, focus on Spain but not limited to Spain only. This requires IT skills supported by communication skills as the customer will be contacted in case of need. Analysts are member of a virtual team with offices in Belgium, Germany and Spain.

Additional information: currently with the MS Office package upgrade, we also migrate from Lotus Notes mail to Outlook. The workstations and smartphones are exchanged in the same timeframe.

- Customer Oriented
- Bi-lingual is a must (Spain, English). Any additional language (French, Dutch, Italian) appreciated.
- A Team Player that can share the knowledge and skills with the team
- Inspirers the team members to work efficient.
- Support colleagues and supports Level 0/1, based at another location
- Advanced Troubleshooting and can work independently.
- Creating and adjusting Knowledge documents
- Knowledge of Office365 / Win 8.1
